Introduction to
Body Foundation
The seminar has the goal to give a general understanding about Body Foundation methods and techniques. Participants will learn different exercise and the relation between the muvement involved and the body learning process.
Each session of the training focus on a specific aspect of movement: self perception, coordination, balance and space-time relationship using different techniques from theater, yoga, acrobatics, juggling and gymnastic.
