For Adults

In the modern adult daily life, movement is considered a less valuable thing
than thoughts and feelings. Yet everyday, movement is still the core of our
existence.

Through an intense body training and practice, Body Foundation helps to
develop self-perception, muscular power, flexibility, and coordination. The
training starts from a basic postural practice and leads into advanced knowledge
of your body's possibilities and power.

Exploring the shape of your body's movements reveals aspects of your character
and personality. Sensational awareness of the deep roots of your movement gives
you access to the tools that develop your behaviour and ultimately cultivates a
more obvious, deepened physical strength. Attention, patience, determination
are aspects of your character which will naturally improve during the practice.

Body Foundation is based on different techniques and disciplines: yoga, pilates,
gymnastics, acrobatics, juggling, breathwork, dance, theatre, and more. The
practice develops the body and brain's structure by awakening left and right
hemispheres, which promotes the development of the brain's synapses,
ultimately encouraging agility and speed in your brain's processes.
